SJG didn’t start with a business plan. It grew from Spirit Junkie Goddess — a grassroots space I launched to give back to my community during a time when many of us were searching for more care and connection, myself included. It was a response to a need for healing and hope — a space where people could feel seen, supported, and truly real. That deeply human experience changed how I view leadership forever.

I realised that the compassion, presence, and honesty we bring to family and community are often missing in organisational life. So I brought those values into my work.

I founded SJG Global Consulting to support businesses ready to do things differently — leaders who care deeply about their people and want to build something sustainable, ethical, and human.

I work directly with your team as a contractor and consultant — embedded in your world, learning what’s really going on, and moving things forward together. And when needed, I also draw on a trusted network of experts — from behavioural psychologists to change specialists — bringing in the right skills at the right time to get the job done.
