There are moments in life where everything fractures—and somehow, that’s where the light gets in.
For me, the journey to launching SJG Global Consulting didn’t begin in a boardroom or a business plan. It started with lived experience—of deep transformation, of breaking open, of rising again. It began with the soul work. With Spirit Junkie Goddess.
Spirit Junkie Goddess was born from a place of healing and empowerment—a space to reclaim voice, identity, creativity, art and hope after navigating personal trauma with a horrific brain injury, adrenal failure and witnessing the human toll of relentless organisational change. It was—and still is—a sanctuary for women to return to their wholeness, to find strength in vulnerability, and to transform pain into power.
But as I held space for individuals to heal and grow, I realised something: our organisations are also crying out for that same transformation.
Because behind every business challenge is a human one. Behind every restructuring, every disengaged team, every missed innovation opportunity—is a culture in need of care, clarity, and courage.
That’s why I launched SJG Global Consulting, that and a way to choose the work I want to do that has meaning and social impact.
